Water for Palo Vista

The Palo Vista developement on Turner Road in El Paso, TX is an undeveloped section of land with many lots owned by private individuals waiting to build their homes. They have waited years and still the city has not put in the pipes necessary to connect to city water, even though this development is in the 79936 zip code and is surrounded by neighborhoods and commercial properties.  Please sign this petition requesting the City of El Paso to supply water to this neighborhood.
