stop politicians from using our phones to get votes

because our private phone lines are tied up with calls from candidates trying to get our votes.  We have enough info about them from fliers, newspapers, TV, radio, etc. without phone calls.  My phone is for my private use...not for campaign issues.  I know this won't change because the offenders are the ones who make the laws.
