Demand to consider partners income in child maintenance payments

When calculating child maintenance payments, the income of the current partner of the ex isn't taken into consideration. But their children are.

I am petitioning that the whole household income needs to be taken into account as well as all the occupants of the household.

As it stand at the moment all the dependant occupants are taken into account wether they are blood relatives or not. But not the income of both adults
