Governments all over the world are failing due to their outdated design. They are no longer able to cope with the size of their people. Furthermore, abuse of power has infected the free democratic society and handed over control of human rights to media outlets that can be bought and sold at the highest bidder, leaving mid- to lower socioeconomic classes without vote.
We need Mark Zuckerberg to use his truly world wide tool, Facebook, to have a Plebiscite with respect to many issues, including, whether the USA should police the world, expending their economic and even human resources for waging unjustified wars that kill (in the short term) and oppress (in the long term) millions of people all over the world in order to control economic resources such as oil, weapons and drugs at their whim.
We need to ask Mark Zuckerberg if he is willing to use his tool for a truly noble and world wide cause. He doesn't have to run for President of the USA to be the most powerful man in the world, he already IS! Or could be if he accepted to do so.
