Shenandoah Residents Demand Resignation of Borough Manager Joseph Palubinsky

We the under signed residents, property, and business owners of the borough of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania hereby petition the borough council to call for the resignation of borough manager Joseph Palubinsky. We have lost faith in his competence and ability to do what is in the best interests of the community. We are disheartened by his callous and condescending demeanor, lack of open communication and excess of power. Heretofore he has exhibited zero accountability to the council and borough at large. It is evident that in the time since the borough manager accepted his position that his performance has not merited our continuing faith in his abilities to execute his position successfully.
