Retrain police force and public on traffic stops

When a cop makes a traffic stop, the driver should grab license, registration, conceal permit, walk back to the police car, hands in the air, no matter the minor of the stop. Driver should be in full view of cameras on cops vest and dash cam. If driver makes sudden move, reaches in clothing, or has a weapon he will be taken down by all means feasible. All drivers need trained how to act in traffic stop so should cops. If there is a weapon in the vehicle, the cop should locate weapon not the driver. Driver should never have a weapon or appear to pretend to have a weapon.
