Reconstruction of the division of child support laws

Currently, laws in the US allow the division of child support to force single fathers to pay so much money to the dcs (Division of Child support) that these fathers are stripped of their livelihood and ability to be a father to their children. Even if a parenting plan allows a father to have unrestricted visitation to his children, he is attacked financially by DCS which prevents him to be able to spend any time with his children whatsoever. While DCS claims they are looking out for the best interest of the children which conveniently the judge makes the same claim their action clearly shows that the judge is nine times out of ten going to rule in the favor of the DCS because it keeps the judges in their seat and DCS is not looking out for the best interest of children but is looking out for their own best interest financially. The amount of money that fathers have to pay is so high they are forced out of their homes and to give up their only mode of transportation which prevents them from going to work causing them to lose their jobs and having to lose their driver's license or other privileges in their life because of these high costs. While Child Support worksheets and policies claim the child support amounts paid are based off of income, the actual actions carried out clearly show this is not true.

As long as legislature allows the division of child support to make policy without any regard for the best interest of the child or the father then DCS will continue to attack single fathers from a financial angle, costing the father their visitation rights livelihood and their home.

Rather than the government oversee the operation of the division of child support a committee made up of community leaders should be the overseers of Child Support operations to see to the fairness of the division of child support based on the actual income received by the father's rather than the stipulations laid out by the division of child support.
