Dismiss the law preventing young teens from birth control

Today, if you are under the age of 16 or 18 then you can not legally get birth control without jumping through hoops. This is extremely concerning when you consider our teen pregnancy and abortion rates. I believe we should change this law to grant these women the right to protect themselves and provide education on how this pill could save young girls.
