HOLD POLICE OFFICERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR DESPICABLE BEHAVIOR

On March 12, 2018, in Ravena, New York, Police Officers driving their vehichles, targeted and tormented a raccoon in a parking lot for 15 minutes before they finally killed it. The Police Department is using the excuse that the raccoon had "rabies". There is no substantiated proof of this at the moment. This is a sadistic way to euthanize a sick animal nonetheless and we demand punishment for the police officer (s) involved in this despicable action.
