Hire Mike Norvell

The time has come for a change at the University of Arkansas. Bert has been a complete failure. In year 5 there are still the same problems of being prepared, making in game adjustments, poor recruiting, and a lack of player development. Norvell runs a high powered offense that is fun to watch. He's a passionate coach who doesn't stand on the sidelines looking as though he doesn't know what is going on in the game. He makes halftime adjustments which are in fact legal per NCAA rules. And he played at UCA in Conway, Arkansas, so he knows the passion of Arkansas fans. Bottom line is the guy wants to win, which is some what of a question with Bert.
