Migratory fish are stopped dead in their tracks at Croton Dam on the Muskegon River in Northwest Michigan. The dam is located in Croton Michigan. Wild life experts have described dams that lack a fish ladder as steel monsters. This is an absolute fact. Steelhead and salmon that once migrated up the Muskegon have been stopped at Croton Dam for over 100 years. It is time to restore the national treasure back to the local communities upstream of the steel monster.

Demand the owner of the dam, consumers energy, build a fish ladder so these fish can naturally migrate upstream. This would provide not only a good food source for locals, but charter fishing business opportunities for hundreds of low income communities.
