FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION!

At Billings Skyview High School seniors are not allowed to decorate their graduation caps. Decorating our caps is a freedom of expression and individuality. This also allows our own unique twist, which also helps parents and friends find their kids during the ceremony. Finally, the seniors have to buy the caps so therefore the caps are our property so we should be able to do what we wish with them.
