DONT STARVE THE CATS IN THE COMPLEX!!

In the Complex where there is a Hindu temple, and an entertainment hall and a Vegetarian restaurant. There at 15 CATS which were born there and these CATS are not fed by the management of the complex. However there are volunteers who come to feed the CATS although the management is raising issues that these CATS should NOT be FED but should only feed on the RATS in the complex! To bring more issues they threaten the volunteers that they would throw the CATS out of the complex when this is the ONLY Home they know! Would like the committee of the complex to be accommodative and allow people to feed the CATS as long as the volunteers do not bring NON Veg into the complex and makes sure it is left clean which the Volunteers who feed the CATS are willing to do!!
