Free K-12 School Lunches

This petition will delegate a portion of federal income taxes to pay for an adequate lunch for all students enrolled in public or private education for the grades of kindergarten through grade 12. An adequate lunch is calorically and nutritionally sufficient for one meal for a child or young adult at their age. The lunches are provided to every student on normal operating school days more than four hours in length.
