WE DESERVE MORE/BETTER PARKING!

I've been giving a parking ticket and had to pay fines for the last couple of weeks due to my specific parking pass (which is green). I don't understand how the green passes have very little places to park but expect us to make class on time. Especially, when there are areas for the green but there taken up by drivers who mainly stay on campus or the only available green spots are on the other side of the campus.
