I demand an end to the parking charges levied at English Hospitals.

Dear Prime Minister.
We wish to see an end to car parking charges at English Hospitals. These charges are unfair to people visiting Hospitals as they are not there for pleasure.
There are cases of people becoming seriously in debt as they try to visit sick and dieing relatives, or attend cancer clinics and other departments.
There are cases of charges as high as £4 per hour in some places.
It is simply not fair to level charges on people in distressed and emotional circumstances. It's morally wrong. We are supposed to be a carring and compassionate society, so please follow Scotland's lead and abolish this tax on misery.
