End police harassment

My son Anthony Clark-Reed was pulled over March 30 2015 in Southwest Detroit for illegal tint which Michigan does not have a specification for the darkness of the. But police uses this excuse to pull many people over if you were pulled over in Southwest Detroit and believe you were harassed by the police I'm petitioning for the retraining of officers to stop these acts of profiling.
