Closed Captioning in Movies.

Whereas, many people are deaf or hard of hearing,

and whereas these people often go watch movies, but they can't hear the sounds or speeches from them;

therefore, we the undersigned hereby request that all motion pictures be required to have subtitles so the deft and hard of hearing can enjoy them as well.
