Justice for Kimberly Dotts

In 1998 Jessica Holtmeyer was charge with first degree murder of Kimberly Dotts. She was sentanced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Court records show that Jessica and sereval others brutally murder Kimberly,by hunging her from a tree n beating her with a basketball sized rock. There is a new law that could just help Jessica get out of jail. It says that teens tried as adults that her life sentances can either get parole or get there sentence redone. This is wrong and something needs done. At age 16 Jessica knew what she was doing was wrong and that it could seriouslly hurt someone. I think its important to give Kimberly the justice she deserves and that is having Jessica serve her whole life sentance with absolutely NO parole.
