Build Solar Powered De-Salinization Plants along California's Coast

Israel supplies enough water for their entire population with water to spare by utilizing de-salinization plants. These plants can be powered with Solar Energy. The technology, and the companies that build these plants are open and running. We could put thousands to work building an infrastructure that will supply water to all of California forever, and even allow us to export water to our neighbors in Arizona and Nevada.
