This is a Petition in the State of Washington for an Emergency Declaration to Current House Governor I n s l e e to Demand payment Upfront aside from Infrastructure to Tear Down the Ferry Terminal with Pedestrian Entrance nearest to Pier Starbucks on the Puget Sound Viaduct Bridge. It is unlikely that the Berth a Road Viaduct that could lead to Alaska and Later Hawaii will Work in creating a two tiered highway road unless the Ferry Terminal is rebuilt.
