Petition to stop the MANDATORY vaccination of Health Care Personnel with flu and pan-flu in the work

We, healthcare employees of New York State and friends, in support of healthcare employees of New York State, oppose mandatory seasonal and pandemic flu vaccines as a condition of employment. We respectfully demand the right to choose, including the right to refuse any such vaccine on the basis of personal, religious, medical and/or other grounds, as we may individually deem necessary and appropriate, in consultation with the health care professionals of our choice, without any penalty for that choice.
