Act 135 - Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservator Ship Act

Abandoned and Blighted Property of the Address 22-24 Clover Street Johnstown, PA 15902. The property is an eye sore. Feral animals live in a structure that is no longer weather tight, carrying a risk of rabies. Vandals have ripped out most of the scrap metal from the house, leaving the place without plumbing or heating. Nearby property owners want to tear the place down at no cost to the city or taxpayers. Donald McLean and Lisa McLean have already been tending to the exterior of the structure, removing trash, boarding up windows, shoveling snow and trimming grass, for the past five years. They would like to personally tear down the property at 22-24 Clover St in Johnstown in order to expand their back yard. Under the ACT 135 of the Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservator Ship Act  Donald and Lisa McLean want to take ownership of this property. The propery is not available through any tax sale, sheriff sale, or anything similar.  We've been looking into the house for five years now and the property has been vacant for at least twelve years.  The exterior looks much better than the inside because it has siding, but the interior is literally falling in, don't let the siding fool you.  Please sign to show support, if we get this property it will be one less house the taxpayers would have to pay for anther torn down double house.
