Please Help Montenegrin People--Call For A Fair Presidential Election Immmediately

This a petition to make the world aware of the terrible corruption and election fraud taking place in Montenegro.
The ruling elite have been in power for the past two decades. They have become very rich at the expense of the Montenegrin people, allegedly by stealing international aid meant for the country's infrastructure. As a result, many northern towns and villages exist in almost 3rd world conditions.
The truly heartbreaking thing, though, is that they have stolen the people's hope and their very freedom. It is actually unbelievable what is happening here. With every election that comes around, the incumbents stop at nothing to ensure that they remain in power.
It may be hard to imagine such coercive tactics, but they are real, and are happening even in 2008. From buying votes, to omitting young voters' names from the register, to organizing transport only for their own supporters on election day. And the most tragic tactics--preventing people from voting at all by temporarily confiscating their voter ID cards, threatening them with job loss if they refuse to give up the card. They have people living in a state of fear.
Many Montenegrins are not free and are suffering deeply. In spite of all of these things, they are still some of the kindest people on earth! So please care about them, and help them to have a bright future. Thank you very, very much.
