9/17/14 I David Evans was served with a summons I was given 5 days to respond to five things in summons.not including (Saturday, Sundays nor holidays ) 9/17 14 my wife Priscilla Evans was served also total of two summons delivered 9/17/14. 9/22/14 Priscilla Evans presented he. written response to the court based upon her written response alone.a 24 hour writ was signed a judgment was granted against me and her.24 hour writ was posted by Sheriff's deputy all in same day.last day to respond was 9/24/14.I wrote my response letter and a check .the morning of the 24th written response was given to the plaintiff.Once it reached the courthouse (same day) the response was a judgment had been written and my response could not be accepted the case was closed 9/25/14 1:00pm (Jewish holiday) courthouse close a deputy arrived and took possession.leaving no time to find a place to live as a retired army veteran 22yrs served the same rights I proudly defended for us all has been taken away from me and my family.
