Repeal the law Prohibiting the use of Radar Scramblers/Jammers in Texas

In Texas Sometimes speeds exceed the speed limit by accident and we as drivers should be able to use a product that in no way damages police equipment and helps us reduce tickets which can add points to your license.  Most of us are law abiding citizens who do not want or deserve the burden of getting a ticket.
