Nursing Home Change for Nurses Aides

Did you know Pa. Nurses Aides according to PA law can take care of up to 12 yes 12 patients at a time and alot of time have 15 or more?????  We Baby Boomers are looking at old age, many of us will end up in these places.  Let's get the
law changed and require nursing homes to supply more aides per person.
Many patients have alzheimers or at best senility and many times the Aides are short of help on a daily basis.  When the State comes in for inspection they
count the Nursing STAFF as part of the team.  When in fact the Nurses do
alot of paper work and not direct patient care! 
We need to get better laws for the elderly - if we're LUCKY - we'll be there some day HA -- Do something to help yourself at least! Sign the petition please and forward to friends.
