Demand Code Blue for Pets in the State of PA, extreme temperatures pets must be inside.

In many municipalities, most recently Philly, it is a crime to leave a pet outside in extreme temperatures, of high or low. The state's guidelines for "shelter" fail to protect animals. Animals feel pain, they suffer, they are living creatures. All life is connected and all life, be it in the form of a two legged being or four legged being, is of value. Human-KIND is responsible for the way all creatures are treated. If we do not protect those without a voice, who will?
Keeping animals outside in extreme temperatures is nothing less than cruel. The state of Pennsylvania needs to tighten all laws where animals are concerned and start where many cities have. If people are not responsible enough to realize the value of an animal's life, they do not deserve to share their life with them.
Please join us in giving the voiceless a voice. This is your opportunity to make a difference. "The greatness of a nation and it's moral progress can be judged by the way it's animals are treated." - Gandhi "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." - Margaret Mead
