Petition about skegness council stopping us from putting items on loved ones graves

Skegness council have brought a new rul in we're No fences, kerbstone, planted shrubs, memorabilia, lights, bottles, stones, gravel, beads or plastic flowers are permitted. I think we should have the right to lay what we want on our loved ones graves ! Please sign this petition and make Skegness council listen to us !
