Demand that human trafficing be stopped via cps

Even though the original idea for cps was likely in good intention. It has spiraled out of contril to become a $ maker for state offices and not much else. Whole thousands of oregonians under 17 are homeless. The government funding only comes from cases where the criteria for investigation and actin taken. With not more than degree from any cimmunity colledge. Any obe can be a cps worker and decide if you are to loose you're kids. If there is no sign of abuse or neglect they still use the system to gain access to you're home disrupt you're life and indeed take you're family hostage until you have payed with $ you're time and made child's up port payments for them . All the while it is federal money's that go to these "fostercare" a set of rules and limits to power need to be established. There needs to be a documenred sign of abuse or neglect to take actikn. And civil rights need to be recognized.
