Stop Google From Exploiting Small Businesses

I recently noticed a steep decline in business and realized the review format Google created is a scam. Upon noticing the negative reviews I tried to comment to only realize I need to pay for the service yearly. My 4 stars with Yelp fall to the bottom when looking up my company as Google has my negative reviews showing first. I'm afraid this has really made things difficult and I'm shocked that I'm forced to pay them for services I do not want but must pay to bring back my business. Google has enough money but I guess they need more.
