End Employment Discrimination for Nonviolent Offenders

    Most companies today won't hire potential employees who have a criminal record. But this is a form of discrimination. It's harder for nonviolent offenders to not only find employment, but to also legally take care of their families. It's time to end the discrimination and make it easier for nonviolent offenders to find descent employment opportunities, and for companies to stop using it as an excuse to not hire someone who could be the better candidate for the position all because of an incident that happened in their past.
