National Animal Protection Law

Nearly 8 MILLION animals end up in Shelters each year, MORE than HALF end up euthanized. Not be cause they are terminally ill but for "SPACE". This is a very sad commentary on US as a culture and society. How can we be a example to the World
when we hypocritically can allow this situation to continue without addressing the route cause. It must be MANDATORY in every county to license, chip all domestic animals. Any animal found abused neglected or murdered will require owners to be responsible and face harsh punishments & fines and be restricted from any ownership in the future. Further that ALL clients of Veterinarians be required to comply.
Further, and equally important that No breeding occur without a county PERMIT.
