Ryanair you must refund to people money for them tickets due to Covid-19

Hi, everyone!  Guys, WE NEED OUR MONEY , BUT RYANAIR GAVE US VOUCHER !!! For months now I have been nothing but patient, understanding about the volume of queries and refund times but that patience ended when I was sent the voucher as all the other people here after months of waiting for the refund. Its now impossible to get in touch to refuse the voucher and I am not going to wait a year to then maybe get a refund! I'm sure this is a hard times and you are doing your best to prevent closure, but it is also hard times for individuals with limited income!Your social media and customer contact is so high because you are making it so difficult. We already requested a refund. You sent a voucher instead and then said contact you again. Doubling your own workload (or more) and annoying all your customers. Issue the refunds NOW!!!
