it only takes a few minutes to say YES and stand up and help these beautiful animals whom are killed by the millions everyday in the US. Make the president and each state senator or congress person change the law and give our animals that GOD created a chance to live and be loved. They can fund millions over seas, why not on this? it will create lower adoption fees and more rescue organisations.
