Trump's criminal trial in D.C. was set to start on March 4 – but delays involving higher courts deciding on Trump's claims of "total immunity" led Judge Chutkan to remove that date from the schedule.

But now the Federal appeals court has rejected Trump's immunity claim. And NOW is the time to start the trial ASAP.

Trump and his lawyers have been doing whatever they can to delay his trials and run out the clock. They are hoping that Trump wins the election and can pardon himself or simply ignore the justice system altogether.
