Ban Conventional Warhead ICBMs

The use on ICBM's with conventional explosive warheads is a dangerous practice, as no nation's missile defense radar detections can differentiate between conventional and nuclear warheads.

The argument that a strategic nuclear strike being obvious holds little credit with modern offensive systems, as on single MIRV (multiple independent reentry vehicle) can contain ten nuclear warheads, and radar has no way of telling the difference between single warhead ICBM's and MIRV ICBMS.

The idea that strategic arms operators simply have to take the nation of origin's word that it is a conventional warhead is evidently unreasonable.

The undersigned, state my belief of the potential, and probable strategic disequilibrium that will result from the use of conventional Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles. This is too great a concern, and therefore we request the United Nations to outright ban their use.
