Assisted suicide

I have an rare illness that affects mostly oap's the nhs have not helped only made things worse i get no pain relive and choke on food and water everyday i am weak and cannot move most day due to the pain im 32 and suffering please help bring the uk into the 20th centre there is too much suffering out their due to lack of support
