Rededicate Groudhog Day to Memoralize the Day the Music Died Plane Crash

The Day the Music Died plane crash is a part of both musical and American history that I feel should be honored, the reason I'm picking Groundhog Day is because that is the anniversary of the plane crash itself. This doesn't have to be a National holiday where we get off work or anything just an official day on the calendar and a bow the people who died famous or otherwise. Let's see if we can spread this across the internet and do this!
