Foreclosure proceedings have been filled against homeowners in the community for nonpayment of dues for approximately two years. The HOA was non-existent when they purchased in the neighborhood and resided in the community for many years before recent notification that there is an HOA and dues are required. We would like the entire community to confirm or refute their participation with this HOA
