eBay Needs to Improve Telephone Customer Service

eBay telephone customer service for the USA needs dramatic improvement. Customer service representatives have poor english language skills in addition to having very little knowledge of basic eBay policies and procedures. English speaking customers have long telephone hold times only to be greeted by representatives who are poorly trained in english and job responsibilities. Referring customers to the eBay website is not an adequate replacement for poor telephone customer service. eBay customer service is deteriorating rapidly. Please hire english speaking, well trained representatives for your USA customers. eBay owes their customers adequate support. Thank you.
