Take arbitration out of TTIP

Large corporations want to circumvent the court system which they believe would not provide an unbiased decision. They want to allow 3 international lawyers, (1 picked by themselves, 1 by the government and the 3rd by the 2 lawyers already chosen), to make a judgement in private which could mean the government could be overruled and could have to pay huge fines, with no appeal against the arbitrators decision. Therefore bypassing the court system completely. The arbitration decision could be completed in minutes
Conversely, we must use the court system, which would be very expensive and could take years to reach a judgement.
If you do not want our taxes being used to ensure large companies do not lose any of their profits then you should sign the petition. This is just one of the hidden clauses within the TTIP agreement.
