Changing Softball Uniforms

My friends play softball, and have been upset lately over the uniforms. They feel humiliated in them, as they're not the nicest, and are uncomfortable. They have holes in the back. They aren't team colors either. Team colors are red, black, and white. Their uniforms are gray. They have black socks and a white stripe running down the leg. Its also effecting their gameplay. Everybody constantly stares at them; not because they're good, but because of the uniforms. Nobody is satisfied, and its embarrassing, especially because the field is open and if you're driving by the park, you can see the uniforms. This causes everyone to go to the dugout upset. And they're being mocked by other teams!
