More punishment for child sex offenders!

It's time for a change. We need to make juvenile sex offenders laws more strict. Make them accountable for their actions and held responsible even if under age is 14. Show them that there is consequences for their actions and the people's lives they've ruined. Their punishment should not just be therapy in a group program ran by the state and which they get to live a normal life as their victims have to rebuild everything that was taken from them.I am working to change maryland laws now and will help change the laws where you live. Our children deserve better.
