Call for justice for a bull publicly tortured in Bogota Colombia

This is a strong call for your support in petitioning for the bringing to justice those responsible for the public torture of a sentient creature for outdated traditional bloodsport. A bull's legs were broken in the bullying in the insane belief that it would and could attack cowardly matadors. As long as this cruel behavior is permitted, I don't see much hope for peace and respect among humans. Plus I call for a boycott of tourism to all Colombian regions allowing this.
