Demand Vegan and Cruelty Free Options on UVU Campus, Now!

With our vegan and vegetarian population growing rapidly, UVU has failed to keep up with the demand. Other schools in the nation have a plethora of vegan options and restaurants for those who need it. There are very few cruelty-free dining and beverage options in the restaurants, stands and vending machines here on campus. We have been approached by many students, vegan and non-vegan who have expressed an extreme interest in a vegan restaurant on campus. We want healthy and cheap options on campus so everyone can continue to thrive at this amazing school while also helping save animals, their health, and the environment.
