Demand Better Service at the Parkchester Post Office

The service in the Parkchester Post Office is horrible. It is very rare that you can walk into this post office and there are not lines out the door. We wait hours on line and complaining to management is useless. We deserve better service. One manager told his staff not to move any faster and if we had a complaint speak to our Congressman. And the Supervisor Ms. Fleming very counter productive and does not know how to assess the situation when the Post Office and is extremely crowded and then make a wise decision to resolve it. I watched another customer assist an elderly customer because she did not have the patients or professionalism to figure out what he needed and resolve his issue. Some of us that utilize this Post Office have health issues and can not stand in line for hours. Again we deserve and demand better service.
