Pending Coffees

There is a tradition in Napoli where you can walk into coffee shops and order a "pending coffee" where you buy a coffee, and it is reserved for someone else to drink for free. Pending coffees can be requested by someone (usually the very poor) and if there are any that have been bought, the baristas make a coffee and give it to the customer, fully paid for by an anonymous person beforehand.

I heard about this and it gave me an idea, I'd like to get enough people to pressure major businesses such as Starbucks and Costa to introduce something like this, they wouldn't really lose any money and a caring policy like this would surely boost publicity.
