Shareholders are concerned of the business and its well being. We believe there is some wrong doing and want to know what it is. Changes of staff without concent of a FULL Board approval. Spending money without addressing the rest of the Board and its shareholders. Hiring and firing staff without notice. Changes to the By-Laws without having its shareholders or Board of Directors vote on these changes.
