DEMAND TOWN ACTION ON MAINTENANCE OF 23 RED OAK LANE

For several years, 23 Red Oak Lane has not been maintained properly and is a blight on the neighborhood. The owner, Elizabeth Hoane, now lives in Allentown, PA and has not answered the Town's last 2 summons. We pay alot of property tax and we demand that the Town of New Castle send out their landscaping / maintenance team and return the exterior of the house to acceptable condition.
